Each year, the Monacan Athletic Boosters award $500 scholarships to senior student-athletes. For the 2018-19 school year, 3 men and 3 women will be selected as scholarship recipients. The scholarship is intended to be used for college-related expenses. The recipients will be selected by the Monacan Athletic Boosters Directors. Please complete the application below, if you satisfy the following requirements:

• Senior Student-Athlete
• Member of the Monacan Athletic Boosters for at least one year
• Enrolled with a 2 or 4-year college

Return the completed application to the school front office no later than Friday, May 3, 2019.
